Hello, I'm Teresa and I've been baking since I was a child so launching Enlighten Your Palate feels natural to me. I love to create new recipes, test them out and share them with my friends and families who have food sensitivities. I seem to be specializing in Vegan, Sugar-free and Gluten free treats that taste as good or even better than traditional desserts. Enlighten Your Palate is proud to introduce "Enlightened Cream" dessert topping and substitute for sweetened condensed milk.

Hello, I'm Teresa and I created  Enlighten Your Palate out of a need for healthier treats without compromising flavor and texture. After many years of testing recipes I believe that I have an arsenal of treats that compete with traditional desserts, but taste even better.I use low glycemic sweeteners, coconut milk and alternative oils to create Vegan treats and many are gluten-free. I am currently launching a new product called "Enlightened Cream" which is a direct substitute for Sweetened Condensed Milk, but it is Vegan, Sugar-free and Gluten-free and will be available on June 1, 2012. I also have a handbag line with my sister so on rainy days if I'm not in the kitchen I'd like to be in my studio creating beautiful accessories. At the moment Enlighten Your Palate is my passion!
